RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS are per week. The quoted rates are for up to four people: £50 per person for additional people. Long term lets by separate arrangement.

Keys are collected from an English lady who lives on the complex.

A key deposit cheque will be asked for of £100 with cheque card number / details on the reverse. This will be returned to you on return of the keys to the apartment and once an inventory check has been completed.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks and secured against a personal cheque for £100
2. Within two weeks of making a provisional booking a 30% deposit is payable.
3. Final payment will be made no later than 8 weeks before departure.
4. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be accompanied by payment in full.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover you for all eventualities. The Post Office offers a good policy.
6. It is your responsibility to arrange suitable flights.
7. Access to the apartment is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless by prior arrangement.
8. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, to enable the cleaner to prepare for the next clients, unless by prior arrangement.
9. Please bear in mind some apartments are occupied by residents. Common courtesy prevails throughout and community regulations adhered to at all times.
10. In the event of cancellation; the following charges become payable (period before departure date when written notice is received) - cancellation charge as a % of the total holiday cost:
More than 60 days 30%
60 - 30 days 50%
30 days or less 100%
Cancellations must be notified in writing – letter / fax / e-mail.
11. Included within the price is clean linen (sheets/ towel) and cleaning of the apartment prior to your arrival. Beach / pool towels are not included.
12. It is your responsibility to look after the keys. In the event of them being lost or not returned the cost for replacement will be deducted from your deposit.
13. All prices quoted for rental are in sterling.
14. The rental price for the apartment assumes up to four persons. A supplement of £50 is payable per adult per week, up to a maximum of 6 adults.
15. Breakage's, damage etc are to be paid for.
