The main bedroom is spacious and there is access to the terrace through large patio doors. There is a good sized built in wardrobe that provides ample storage space and the room has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have marble floors.

Main Double Bedroom

The twin bedroom is approximately the same size as the main bedroom and has a large built in triple wardrobe. The bedroom over looks the community gardens and pools.

Twin Bedroom

Beautifully furnished in traditional Spanish style. The lounge / dining room leads through to a south east facing terrace that has the sun for most of the day. The room has two sofas, one of which will convert into a double sofa bed. The furniture is made from high quality hardwood and includes a dining table with ample seating for six. The wall unit and TV / Hi-Fi cabinet provide ample storage space. The high quality marble flooring is complemented by two large Moroccan rugs. There is satelite TV and a DVD 5.1 surround sound system. The walls are adorned by tapestries and original paintings.

Living / Dining Room

The en-suit bathroom has twin wash basins with marble tops. There is a shower above the bath and under floor heating. Down lights are fitted in both bathrooms and the kitchen.

En suite Bathroom

The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower and once again a marble top around the wash basin. The electric water heater and washing machine are installed in this room.

Shower room

The rear of the apartment overlooks the private landscaped gardens with two community pools that are linked by a cascade; the upper pool is heated. There are toilet and shower facilities next to the pools, and clients can use the sunshades and loungers that have been provided for communal use. Surrounding the pools are good sized lawn areas and gardens
